I'm the Chief Product Officer at Peblo, a company that provides finance for the creator industry. As Peblo is closing, I am looking for a new opportunity starting in Feb 2024.
I am a product leader in the Fintech space who has worked with a variety of customers - whether it's helping ops teams get more efficient, small businesses shake off the burden of payment terms, or consumers get real-time cashback when they spend. I love working on early-stage products where the problems are big, the data is murky, and the opportunities to have an impact are massive. I care deeply about the teams I work with and the people I manage and make it part of my job to ensure my teams are happy and healthy.
You can find me on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Peblo are optimizing the creator industry by providing finance and automating the annoying admin and faff involved in running a creative business.
I work with early stage tech start ups to help implement product processes, coach founders on product methodology and how to communicate their vision into actionable plans for their engineering teams and hire their initial product teams. If you’re looking for help implementing product for the first time or for someone to coach your product team, send me a message!
Get in touchTriangirls is a community for women, trans, and non-binary folks who work in Tech. I'm one of four organisers who voluntarily run the events and the community.
Learn MoreI led the product team at Flux, and was responsible for our Offers product & our Integrations team - who were responsible for Flux's APIs and our bank and retailer partnerships.
In my time at Flux, we built and launched Flux Offers, a product that allows consumers to get instant cashback when they shop with their Flux-linked card. This enabled Flux retailers to run cashback offers on specific items or combinations of items, with real-time performance tracking and payouts. We built & launched the MVP inside of three months, and then grew our user base from 0 to 65k users, opened up a stable revenue stream & onboarded record numbers of retailers to the Flux network as a result.
I was the product lead for iwocaPay, a new payments product that allows B2B businesses to outsource their payment terms. Over 2019, we brought a product from ideation and testing to a live MVP in 3 months, achieved a 3x growth in onboarded businesses during the first lockdown, built a Xero integration and a PIS payment solution. I led the process of generating ideas, testing their value using defined quant and qual metrics, and then brought this to a realistic set of minimal requirements for engineers to implement. I was hands on in the day to day, defining and running the processes that keep our team motivated + delivering high quality work. I also worked closely with our marketing teams to ensure we communicated our product effectively based on customer insights, and with our ops teams to improve their processes + generate growth.
I was responsible for iwoca’s in house CRM systems, managing multiple senior stakeholders across the business. I led a cross-functional team of developers, BAs and designers to deliver improvements to our systems, including the building and delivery of a phone system (see this blog post for more info), automated contact systems, and the automated prioritisation of tasks customer facing teams do. I also worked closely with our analytics lead to develop and implement multiple A/B tests and improve our data collection, and was the line manager for two business analysts and a product manager leading our marketing systems.
I joined a grad scheme as a business analyst in a tech team within KPMG, who developed accounting and regulatory reporting software.
I studied how language evolves, how it is used (particularly on social media) and influenced by different groups within society.
